Common questions and answers
Do you offer different subscriptions? We offer four types of subscriptions-monthly, 3 month, 6 month and 12 months. You will be charged the initial fee upfront, depending on the chosen subscription (1, 3, 6 , or 12 month) the plan will automatically renew .

Can I change my subscription? Of course!  To change your subscription, just login to your account and you can change your renewal date, change your address, subscription plan, credit card and more!  Please note any changes to the subscription will take place AFTER the current subscription has expired.  Please email us if you need anything changed immediately.  The customer is responsible for updating their address if needed.  If a package is returned, we will make every attempt to reship the package, an additional shipping fee may be applicable.

What is your cancellation policy?
We hate to see you go!  If you do need to cancel, you can login to your account to cancel, or send us an email at customerservice@mybakersbox.com . We do require a 30 day cancellation notice .  Please note- a subscription cannot be cancelled in the middle of a subscription.  If you cancel, the cancellation will take place after your last box is mailed and before the subscription renews.  Cancelling after the renewal came through DOES NOT cancel the renewal, you will still be charged and receive that subscription.  Please email us with any questions.

Do you accept returns? We cannot accept returns due to food grade items.  All items, and boxes are a final sale .

When will my box ship?
Boxes are shipped the 20th of each month, make sure you get your order in by the 20th to receive that months box  We ship via the US postal service, as soon as your box is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.  Subscriptions placed after the 20th will start the following month.  The customer is responsible for updating their address if needed.  If a package is returned, we will make every attempt to reship the package, an additional shipping fee may be applicable.

Do your subscriptions renew?
Yes, all of our subscriptions (with the exception of our gift subscriptions) will auto renew on the last day of the month.  Example, if you purchase a 3 month subscription April 7th, you will receive April, May and June boxes.  Your subscription will renew at the end of June for another 3 months.  By clicking the checkout button, you agree that your card may be charged on the last day of the month.

Can I give a gift subscription? Yes!!  My Bakers Box makes a great gift!!  You can choose at checkout if you would like a one time subscription, or if you would like your order to renew.   Just enter the gift recipients shipping information, email and gift message!  We'll ship their box the 20th of the month!   Want to postpone their first shipment?  Just send us an email and we are happy to do that for you!  Once the box is shipped, the gift recipient will receive an email notifying them that they have a gift on the way with your personal message and tracking number!

How much is shipping? Shipping within the United States is a flat rate of $9.00 per box.

Do you ship outside of the U.S? Yes!  We do ship internationally, additional shipping charges do apply and will be calculated at checkout.

What's in the box? Anything from cupcake supplies, cookie cutters, edible sugars, edible images and much more!  Each box contains 2 recipes, and we post more recipes and ideas on our blog and social media site throughout the month!  You can view some of our past boxes here !  Please note, the boxes DO NOT contain any ingredients.

I love my products!  Can I purchase more?
Yes, most products can be purchased directly from our store!  Shipping charges do apply on all orders of products and will be calculated at checkout.  Orders ship within 1-2 business days of ordering.  Don't see a particular product?  Just send us an email at customerservice@mybakersbox.com
